This Return Policy explains the conditions under which items may be returned. Due to the nature of precious metals, all sales are generally final. 

Bullion Products (Gold & Silver Coins, Bars, Rounds) 

All bullion sales are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once an order is confirmed. This policy reflects the live nature of the precious metals market. 

Numismatic & Collectible Items 

Returns may be accepted for unopened and undamaged numismatic or collectible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with all certificates or assay cards intact. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. 

Incorrect or Damaged Items 

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs for verified issues. 

Refunds & Processing 

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are issued by the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
